The Annual Discipline Conference provides an excellent opportunity to ensure alignment of NATO’s requirements in the area of the NATO Agenda for Women Peace and Security, as well as gender disciplines in military operations. This is also a place for synchronization and collaboration between stakeholders engaged in NATO’s implementation of the NATO Agenda for Women Peace and Security. This agenda focuses on both training and non-training solutions that will be published in the follow-on Discipline Alignment Plan. The conduct of the ADC ensures that education and training remains aligned with evolving needs, available technology, and resources within this field.
