On May 09, 2024, PSOTC warmly welcomed a delegation from the Faculty of Political Science (FPS) at the University of Sarajevo.
Led by Prof. Dr. Mirza Smajić, Head of the Department of Security and Peace Studies at FPS, the group of staff and students from FPS was greeted by LTC Damir Alibašić, Head of the Education and Training Development Section, and LTC Jasmin Sofić, Head of the Wider Security Courses Section at PSOTC.

Today, on April 25, 2024, Colonel Elvedin Omić, the Commandant of PSOTC, received certificate of appreciation awarded by the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Sarajevo in honor of Media Freedom Day.
The ceremony, held at the Faculty of Political Sciences, served as a platform to express gratitude to media professionals, institutions, and organizations that have contributed to the advancement of the Department of Communication/Journalism. Additionally, recognition was extended to those who have provided students with practical opportunities during their academic studies.

"UN Police Officers Course" Recertified with Success
On March 28, 2024, the representative of the UN Department of Peacekeeping Operations (UN DPO), facilitated by the military adviser at the Permanent Mission of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the United Nations (UN), presented the certificate for the PSOTC's "UN Police Officers Course." This certification underscores the Center's commitment to delivering training and education at a commendable standard, aligning closely with the rigorous requirements set forth by the UN.
