The Switzerland Delegation, led by Colonel Carl Marchand, Chief Legal Advisor (C LEGAD) of the Swiss Armed Forces International Relations Department paid a visit to the Peace Support Operations Training Centre (PSOTC) on January 30, 2025.

The delegation was welcomed by PSOTC’s Acting Head of the Education and Training Department, Lieutenant Colonel Vladimir Cuca, who delivered an informative briefing on PSOTC.

In the subsequent discussion, focus was on the legislation governing the functioning of the PSOTC and the legal aspects related to the engagement of international military staff.
