Eighteen participants from seven countries, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, France, Germany, North Macedonia, Poland, and Türkiye participated in the course, which ran from May 13 to May 31, 2024. The course was successfully delivered with the assistance of instructors from Austria, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, and Serbia in addition to the PSOTC team. Lecturers from the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and other units of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina also contributed with their expertise. During the course, participants gained the specialized information and skill set required to carry out UN military observer duties in a hostile environment, all of which enhanced their capacity to serve as future UN military observers.
