The International Staff Officers Skill Course was conducted for the last four weeks, from 25^th March to 18^th April 2019. The course was attended by 18 participants from 9 countries (BiH, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ireland, Moldova, North Macedonia, Qatar, Tunisia and USA). The Essential Staff NCO Skills Course was conducted for the last two weeks, from 8^th March to 18^th April 2019. The course was attended by 19 participants from 6 countries (BiH, Albania, Austria, North Macedonia, Qatar and USA).The final phase was done as a joint project of both courses during the last week, from 15^th to 18^th April 2019. The aim of the courses was to develop essential staff skills of junior officers and NCOs in accordance with NATO standards, as basic preparation for their engagement in international and national headquarters (HQs). Besides PSOTC staff, the courses were delivered in support of lecturers from NATO HQ Sa, EUFOR, Hungary, Switzerland and Greece.
