LtC Kilicarslan is replacing Maj Karakoc Abdullah who is finishing his one year assignment in PSOTC. At a small reception held in PSOTC, the PSOTC Commandant, Col Jasmin Čajić expressed his deepest gratitude to Maj Karakoc presenting him a small token of appreciation for his contribution to PSOTC mission. Also, he wished successful work to LtC Kilicarslan on his assignment in PSOTC.
