He gave a fascinating discourse on his career and his military experience in the Balkans, complimenting the AF BiH on their progress to date and expressing optimism on future developments.  His deputy, Colonel Ole Asbjørn Fauske, preceded him with an insightful presentation on leadership and the additional challenges posed by deploying as part of an international force. Both officers were warmly thanked by the Commandant PSOTC, Colonel Jasmin Čajić, for their speeches and his appreciation was marked with the presentation of small mementoes.
