The Joint Operational Planning Course as one-week course is a combined project led by the Embassy of the United Kingdom in Bosnia and Herzegovina and supported by PSOTC.

The aim of the course is to study the principles, planning and conduct of joint, combined and multinational operations at the operational level, and from a UK practitioner perspective. The course is delivered by subject matter experts from the United Kingdom and attended by 29 students from 4 countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina, the United Kingdom, Montenegro and Albania).
