The Peace Support Operations Training Centre (PSOTC) of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina (AF BiH) successfully concluded the Building Integrity for Senior Non-Commissioned Officers Course (BISNCOC), held from 20 to 24 October 2025 in Sarajevo.
This course was designed to strengthen leadership and management skills, promote integrity, and raise awareness of corruption risks. It brought together 26 participants from 14 partner nations, reflecting a strong commitment to international cooperation and professional development.
The program was delivered by PSOTC instructors with significant contributions from the NATO Building Integrity Team at NATO HQ Brussels, the Inspector General Office of the Ministry of Defence of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Joint Staff of AF BIH, NATO HQ Sarajevo, EUFOR HQ, the BIH Agency for the Prevention of Corruption and Coordination of the Fight against Corruption, and Transparency International BIH.

These sessions provided participants with practical tools to uphold ethical standards and address integrity challenges in both national and international contexts.
The closing ceremony was attended by Brigadier General Dr. Jasmin Čajić, Deputy Commander for Operations of the Support Command of AF BIH. In his remarks, Brigadier General Dr. Čajić emphasized that the knowledge and skills gained during the course are not merely theoretical but essential for maintaining ethical standards and anticipating integrity risks in diverse operational settings. He expressed appreciation to the PSOTC team and all supporting institutions for their role in organizing and delivering the course.
Colonel Damir Alibašić, Commandant of PSOTC, commended the participants for their dedication and active engagement, underscoring that integrity must remain the cornerstone of their leadership—guiding decisions and inspiring others.
The significance of this event was further highlighted by the presence of Command Sergeant Majors from the Joint Staff of AF BIH, NATO HQ Sarajevo, EUFOR, and TRADOC of AF BiH.
The course concluded with a strong sense of achievement and optimism, as participants returned to their respective duties with enhanced capabilities and a broadened international network.
