During the ceremony, the flag of IAPTC association was handed over by LTG Glaucio Lucas Alves  to Col Dr.Jasmin Čajić. "It has been a great pleasure to be a head of this association and on behalf of the presidency and of Brazil, I want to thank everybody for participating, bringing in new ideas, sharing experiences, and making this event a success." - said LTG Glaucio Lucas Alves (BRA), former president of the Committee IAPTC. In his speech, Colonel Dr.Jasmin Čajić said: "After almost four very fruitful working days at this Conference, we have reached the end of this global event. Taking into account goals we had set in front of us, at the beginning of the Conference, I am confident to say, that we have reached the most of it.” Deputy Minister of Defence BiH Mr. Sead Jusic  addressed the audience and stated: "It was a great honor for the Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces of BiH and Peace Support Operations Training Center (PSOTC) to host this Conference. I would like to thank the Executive Committee of IAPTC for all the support during the organization and implementation of this globally important event." During the Conference, which lasted from 26^th to 29^th September 2016, the participants had the opportunity to consider the most important issues of mutual interest and cooperation in the process of training and executing of peacekeeping operations around the world. The theme of the conference: "The future of training for peacekeeping operations: challenges, best practices and innovation" is the most important focus of the modern complex approach to peacekeeping operations. The conference enabled the exchange of experiences and achievements in training process for peacekeeping operations of all subjects of the military, police, teaching and civilian authorities. The motto of the conference "From a consumer of security to provider security" is fully justified by the successful organization and implementation 22^nd IAPTC Annual Conference in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Next 23rd Annual Conference IAPTC will be held in the second half of 2017 in Cairo, Egypt.
