The aim of the seminar is to facilitate the sharing of experiences and best practices in the development and implementation of security-related strategic communication. The seminar brought together 48 participants from 8 countries and 7 organizations, including operational and strategic level practicioners and decision makers from various govermental departments, as well as subject matter experts and academics. Mr Sead Jusić, Deputy Minister, welcomed the participants on behalf of the Ministry of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The opening remarks were also given by Mr. Paul Horowitz, Deputy Chief of Mission at the Embassy of the United States of America to Bosnia and Herzegovina, LTC Martin Herrmann, German Defence Attache to BiH, Dr Matthew Rhodes, Director of Programs in Central and Southeast Europe George C. Marshall Center, and Col Edin Bajramovic, PSOTC Commandant.
