The Course will be attended by 17 participants from different countries, agencies and organizations - 10 participants from AF BiH, 2 from Ministry of Security BiH, 1 from Turkey, 2 from Macedonia, 1 from Austria, and 1 from Albania. Sector Security Reform in Peace Support Operations Course aims to build SSR knowledge and skills through an interactive and practical training approach, in order to achieve following learning objectives: Define the notion of security, security sector and security sector reform; Describe the approach, objectives and dimensions of SSR; Introduce with importance of understanding of mapping of key SSR  actors; Describe post-conflict context and the main SSR challenges including SSR in PSO; Describe the problems of the defence sector and what defence reform typically involves ; Discuss gender responsive SSR and related processes in a SSR context.
