Over the past two weeks, 25 junior officers from nine nations, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Greece, Jordan, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, and Türkiye engaged in a dynamic training program designed to enhance their readiness for multinational missions and foster greater interoperability among partner forces.
The MOOC represents a significant milestone in PSOTC’s educational offerings. As a newly introduced course, it is specifically tailored to equip junior officers with the foundational knowledge for effective participation in multinational environments. Developed through a comprehensive training needs analysis, the course is fully aligned with NATO standards and demonstrates PSOTC’s commitment to excellence in military education and professional development.
While the MOOC serves as an introductory platform, it lays the groundwork for further professional development and specialized training for future staff roles.
The closing ceremony was attended by Colonel Savo Vidaković, Chief of Staff of TRADOC, Lieutenant Colonel Vladimir Cuca, Head of the PSOTC Education and Training Department and Master Sergeant Nihad Makarević, PSOTC Command Sergeant Major. The leaders commended the participants for their dedication and highlighted the importance of continued learning and collaboration in addressing today’s complex security challenges.
PSOTC remains firmly committed to strengthening international cooperation by delivering high-quality training programs that support the professional growth and operational readiness of military personnel
