The primary objective of the ADF was to synchronize the annual Education, Training, Exercise, and Evaluation (ETEE) process and to coordinate the efforts of Requirement Authorities (RAs), Department Heads (DHs), and Education and Training Facilities (ETFs) in support of both Individual and Collective Education and Training activities.

The PTEC Marketplace served as a valuable platform for the PTECs, including PSOTC, to showcase their achievements and innovative approaches in military education and training. PSOTC was honoured to receive support from Colonel Boris Kozlik, Head of the Military Department of the Mission of Bosnia and Herzegovina to NATO, along with other members of the Military Department, during this significant event.

Following the marketplace, the PTEC Working Group meeting took place to further streamline collaborative efforts, align PTECs with NATO’s education and training strategies, and address open issues regarding the strengthening of practical cooperation among member institutions.

The event concluded with pre-Annual Discipline Conferences (ADCs), led by DHs and attended by RA, HQ SACT Discipline Points of Contact, and ETF representatives, who gathered to discuss upcoming plans and challenges leading to the next ADCs.

PSOTC's participation in these esteemed events provided an excellent opportunity to enhance collaboration with international partner ETFs. Such occasions are essential for fostering international partnerships, which are fundamental to the effective execution of education and training activities.
