PSOTC was privileged by having a unique opportunity to host prominent lecturers on the Defence Attaché Course being delivered at PSOTC, the U.S. Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina H. E. Ms Maureen Cormack, the Bulgarian Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina H.E. Ms. Avgustina Tzvetkova Karabascheva, and the Ambasador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Qatar, H.E.
