After an intensive five-day program, 28 participants from 12 countries successfully completed the course. They gained new knowledge and skills through valuable lectures from international and national experts and through numerous practical exercises. These skills are expected to be highly beneficial in their future roles.

As a part of the program of the course, the participants had the chance to visit various military and tourist locations throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina. The course aimed to familiarize defense officials with working in multilateral and multicultural environment. It was designed to enhance their skills and expertise in various aspects of international defense and diplomacy and to provide practical training on both national and international procedures relevant to their roles. Additionally, the course covered crucial components such as protocol, etiquette, and navigating a diplomatic environment. The course participants, as the final step of the course, had an opportunity to get the firsthand information about Ambassador – Defence Attaché relations from the highest level of the diplomatic corps in Bosnia and Herzegovina from Austria, Germany, and the United Kingdom. The PSOTC’s determination to conduct such dynamic and comprehensive course with support of the Austrian Military Attaché Office in Bosnia and Herzegovina highlights its commitment to developing competent defense officials equipped to handle the complexities of international security and diplomacy.
