BG Michael Claesson from Swedish Ministry of Defence, COL Ilija Petrović - AF BIH TRADOC Commander, CSM Edin Turkić - AF BIH Support Command CSM and CSM Esmer Đonko - AF BIH TRADOC CSM magnified the ceremony with their attendance. The PSOSNCOC started on 8th June 2015, and together with Building Integrity for Senior NCOs’ Course (6th to 10th July 2015) ended with graduation of NCOs’ on 10th July 2015. The courses were attended by 38 non-commissioned officers coming from 13 different countries (15- BiH, Serbia -2, Ukraine – 6, Tunisia – 3, Macedonia – 2, Czech Republic – 1, GBR – 1, Jordan – 2, Croatia – 1, Georgia – 2, Albania – 1, Kyrgyz Republic – 1, Austria – 1). The aim of PSOSNCOC is to educate and train selected NCOs in NATO practices and procedures and deliver a skill set that enables them to operate in interagency working environment and support staff functions in national posts or multi-national employments / deployments across the full spectrum of military operations. Senior NCOs Building Integrity Course aim is to raise the awareness of corruption and promote integrity by strengthening the leadership and management skills of the Senior NCOs in order to enhance their professionalism, competency and effectiveness in national and multinational working environment. MSG Serhii Magliovanyi from Ukraine was awarded as the best on PSOSNCOC.
