Post-transition Attaché’s Briefing on PSOTC

On 10 July 2013, Peace Support Operations Training Centre held an update Attaché’s briefing on PSOTC . The aim of the briefing was to provide an update about PSOTC transition and achievements in 2013, future developments and Training Programme for 2014. The briefing was also aimed at sharing views on opportunities for cooperation with PSOTC AF BiH in the future as well as expectations from partner nations at the meeting of “Friends of PSOTC” that will take place on 27 Sept 2013.

On 10 July 2013, Peace Support Operations Training Centre held an update Attaché’s briefing on PSOTC . The aim of the briefing was to provide an update about PSOTC transition and achievements in 2013, future developments and Training Programme for 2014. The briefing was also aimed at sharing views on opportunities for cooperation with PSOTC AF BiH in the future as well as expectations from partner nations at the meeting of “Friends of PSOTC” that will take place on 27 Sept 2013.

Therefore, the briefing is considered as preparatory forum for the meeting of “Friends to PSOTC” in September.

The briefing was attended by 11 Defence Attaché’s from Austria, Croatia, Slovak Republic, Russian Federation, Serbia, UK, Denmark, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Germany and Romania and EUFOR HQ Representative. PSOTC Commandant Col Jasmin Čajić welcomed guests with modest gifts to all.

Representatives of Military Diplomatic Corps in BiH congratulated to MoD BiH and PSOTC for successful transition and showed willingness for future support and cooperation.

At the end of the visit guests had an opportunity to walk around the Centre to see the facilities and training capacities which are at Centre’s disposal, meet both BiH and International staff.
