The seminar was organized for the AF BiH general officers and brigade commanders. The seminar was opened by the NATO HQ Sa Commander, BG Hart, who emphasized importance of public affairs in today’s world. Beside lecturers from AF BiH and NATO HQ Sa, importance of this topic was magnified by presence of the Head of Communication Services from NATO HQ Brussels, Mr. Steven Mehringer. The main goal of the seminar was to point out to importance of public affairs in today’s world and involvement of military structures within it.
