The aim of the overall process is to provide an assessment if PSOTC uses an effective NATO Quality Management System (QMS) in organizing and delivering its educational activities. The NATO SACT Quality Assurance Team of Experts was led by Major Emilian-Radu Balanescu (ROM-A) who was accompanied by LtC Georg Kuepper (GER-A) and Ms. Demet Uzunoglu from Türkiye. PSOTC was NATO institutionally accredited first time in 2016 and since then has made a great effort to fulfil and comply with all NATO QMS standards.
