During the event, Major General Mirsad Ahmić, Deputy Chief of the Joint Staff of AF BiH for Resources, presented Lieutenant Colonel Riković with a certificate issued by the Allied Command Transformation (ACT) and NATO School Oberammrgau, acknowledging his successful completion of a rigorous two-year training and evaluation process, which included four demanding phases. His recent participation in the NATO Quality Assurance Team of Experts in November 2024, where he played an important role in evaluating the Regional Public Affairs Centre (PARC) in North Macedonia, further showcased his capability and commitment to representing both the PSOTC and AF BiH on the international stage.

Lieutenant Colonel Damir Alibašić, Commandant of the PSOTC, emphasized that this achievement underscores the dedication of both the AF BiH and the PSOTC to upholding NATO quality standards, particularly in education and training. He expressed optimism for the future, anticipating an increase in NATO-certified instructors at the Centre, which would enhance the quality of course delivery.

This prestigious accolade serves not only as recognition for Lieutenant Colonel Riković but also as an inspiration for PSOTC members to pursue further professional development, ultimately strengthening the capabilities and capacities of both the Centre and the AF BiH.
