The Media Management in PSO Course is accredited by the Faculty of Political Science - University of Sarajevo in accordance with the Bologna process and brings a benefit to students with 6 ETCS as an elective subject in the first year of postgraduate studies of Journalism and Communications. The course was conducted in cooperation with the Atlantic Initiative from Sarajevo. The course was attended by 18 students from different countries and organizations both military and civilians: 6 students from abroad (Albania, Finland, Macedonia, Serbia and Qatar), 12 students from BiH (Armed Forces of BiH, Ministry of Security, and Universities from Sarajevo, Pale and Mostar). The students got knowledge in constant presence of the media as well as skills how to incorporate media into military planning processes, to improve communication skills and to build their confidence when giving statements/interviews to the media. By addressing the graduates at the closing ceremony of the Curse, the PSOTC Commandant, Colonel dr. Jasmin Čajić, emphasized the significance of the training delivered to the participants on the Media Management in Peace Support Operations Course, and thanked all who contributed in successful completion of the Course.
