14 students, 10 from Bosnia and Herzegovina, and 4 international students (Albania, Macedonia, Azerbaijan, and Tunisia) are attending the course.

PSOTC training staff and a number of instructors and guest lecturers involved in the training are coming from NATO and EUFOR Headquarters, Sarajevo, OSCE mission to BiH, Center for Security Studies Sarajevo, BiH Parliament and SWISSINT. Apart from all other necessary preparations for running this course, a particular attention was given in selection of competent and experienced instructors. The aim of the course is to develop essential staff skills of junior officers in accordance with NATO standards, as basic preparation for their engagement in international and national headquarters (HQs).
