In his opening remarks, Maj Stokić, Chief of the Training and Education Department at PSOTC, emphasised the IPSOSOC as a core course at PSOTC. The course was created to provide education and training for staff officers who would serve in multinational peace support operations, both UN and NATO. The latest development and lessons learned from PSOs will be incorporated on the course, including a module on Protection of Civilians. The course is attended by 21 students, 13 from AF BiH and 8 international students (Albania, Georgia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia and Turkey).
