After two weeks of intensive and comprehensive training 15 police officers from BiH police agencies and 7 of their international colleagues from Estonia, Macedonia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Croatia, Montenegro, and Serbia, graduated today in PSOTC

For the sixth time UN accredited course has been successfully delivered in the PSOTC and in cooperation with BiH Ministry of Security. The course met its aim where all participants gained knowledge which will help them as future peacekeepers to fulfill roles, perform tasks professionally and address challenges and issues related to UN Peacekeeping operations. The course has been delivered by support of different police agencies from Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Croatia, and the Kingdom of Sweden. And for the first time we have integrated together this and the UN Military Observer Course, which has additional value and opportunity for the students to learn in an interagency environment. The UNPOC Closing Ceremony was honored by the presence of the Assistant to Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Samir Rizvo, Dr. Sead Muratović Assistant to Minister of Defence of Bosnia and Herzegovina together with Assistant to Minister of Defence of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Ahmed Hadžiomerović, Minister Counsellor - Police Liaison Officer of Croatian Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Toni Škrinjar, Acting Commandant of the Special Police SIPA Unit, Independent Inspector Jovica Mirosavljević. Among the others, Junior Inspector Aida Čataković was announced as the best student of the UN Police Course.
