The course is going to be conducted from 5^th to 13^th March 2014 for 16 representatives of MODs and armed forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, and 3 representatives of UNDP/SEESAC. The goal of the course is to prepare instructors and trainers to plan and conduct pre-deployment training and education for troops, units and officers on gender perspectives in military operations. The course is an activity of a regional project Gender Equality in the Military: Strengthening of Regional Cooperation on Gender Mainstreaming in Security Sector Reform in the Western Balkans, implemented by UNDP/SEESAC.
