28 participants, 7 from the Armed Forces BiH, 3 from the Ministry of Security BiH, 1 from EUFOR, 11 from different BiH Universities (Sarajevo, East Sarajevo, Mostar, and Banja Luka) and 6 international (Albania, Austria, Georgia, Macedonia, Serbia, and Ukraine) completed the course and received certificates at the closing ceremony held at the PSOTC. The course participants achieved the goal by expending theoretical foundations of global and European security issues as well as deepening knowledge of key international organisations that are engaged in resolving contemporary security challenges. The Course was delivered by prominent national and international professors, coming from the Faculty of Political Science of Sarajevo and Banja Luka, George C. Marshall Centre, Germany, US Embassy to BiH, NATO HQ Sarajevo, UN and OSCE Mission to BiH and Ministry of Defence BiH. The Atlantic Initiative Sarajevo, and Faculty of Political Science Sarajevo representative, doc.dr. Sead Turčalo and the PSOTC Chief of Staff, LtC Zoran Batarilo addressed the audience by emphasizing the significance of the training delivered during the Course, as well as expressing gratitude to the participants for their efforts in successful completion of the Euro Atlantic Security Course.
