Today, the Peace Support Operations Training Centre (PSOTC) had the honour of welcoming Major General Lorenzo Maurizio Fronda, EUFOR Commander, accompanied by members of his staff.
The delegation was received by Colonel Damir Alibašić, Commandant of PSOTC, together with key personnel from the Centre. During the visit, Colonel Alibašić delivered an in‑depth briefing outlining the Centre’s mission, historical development, key achievements, and ongoing and planned activities. On behalf of the entire PSOTC team, he expressed sincere appreciation for EUFOR’s longstanding and valuable support across multiple areas of the Centre’s work.
Discussions focused on strengthening existing cooperation and exploring new opportunities for joint engagement, particularly in education and individual training. Major General Fronda reaffirmed EUFOR’s commitment to deepening the partnership and highlighted EUFOR’s readiness to continue supporting PSOTC in delivering high‑quality training and education.
Through their shared efforts, PSOTC and EUFOR continue to enhance the capabilities, interoperability, and operational readiness of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina and partner nations - promoting professionalism, stability, and security.
