Designed to enhance the skills of Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO), ESNCOSC focused on staff duties at the tactical level in national and international headquarters, following NATO standards. Running from January 27 to February 7, the course brought together 23 participants from 11 countries, including Bosnia and Herzegovina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Malta, North Macedonia, Romania, Tunisia, and Türkiye. Experienced instructors from PSOTC, partner education and training facilities of the Armed Forces of Germany, Hungary, and Slovenia, supported by external national and international lecturers, contributed to the training, sharing their valuable knowledge.

Besides the PSOTC Commandant, Lieutenant Colonel Damir Alibašić, the closing ceremony was honored by the presence of Colonel Hazrudin Hasagić, Head of the Doctrine Department at the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), and Sergeant Major Esmer Đonko, Command Sergeant Major of TRADOC. Lieutenant Colonel Alibašić expressed confidence that the course has provided participants with the essential knowledge necessary for effective operations at tactical headquarters, emphasizing interoperability. He noted the diverse backgrounds of the participants, recognizing that their varied experiences enriched the overall learning process. Furthermore, the PSOTC Commandant extended his gratitude to the key contributors, particularly the international instructors, for their support and collaboration, underscoring the importance of networking among course participants.

The successful completion of this course represents a significant advancement in fostering stronger cooperation, mutual understanding, and shared expertise between AF BIH and partner nations' armed forces, as well as their respective educational and training facilties. PSOTC remains committed to delivering high-quality individual military training and education, continuing to play an essential role in the professional development of military personnel.
