32 students from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Egypt, Georgia, Macedonia, Mongolia, Kuwait, Pakistan, Poland, Serbia, Ukraine and Uzbekistan will attend the course. The course is designed to assist trainers and leaders with the doctrine, mindset, and methodologies of full spectrum counterinsurgency operations. Course aim is to introduce key leaders and trainers to concepts and doctrine related to counterinsurgency operations in order to create a framework of understanding of the differences between counterinsurgency and conventional warfare and introduce COIN definitions and principles. Course speakers will come from PSOTC, George C. Marshall European Centre for Security Studies and Maryland National Guard.
