Altogether 24 participants from Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and 4 international participants from the United Kingdom, Serbia, Macedonia and Turkey who are current members of PSOTC Directing Staff department attended the course. The goal of course was to conduct the second phase of the System Approach to Training Strategy which is a part of NATO accepted training doctrine where students are enabled to apply effective teaching methods and presentation techniques in delivering academic instruction. The course focuses are on two different methods of instruction most commonly used in NATO training establishments specifically a syndicate discussion method and a lecture method of instruction. This activity is fully sponsored by the Allied Command for Transformation (ACT) as a part of support and development of the Partnership Training Centres. On the closing ceremony, the PSOTC Commandant emphasized importance of cooperation between PSOTC and the NATO School Oberammergau and its MTTs with the hope that cooperating will not only continue, but also flourish.
