The course covered strategic issues like NATO Strategic Communications, NATO Doctrine for the Information Operations and Information Environment. The key feature of the course was focus on how Information Operations is integrated into military operations through Military Decision Making Process and highlighting Information Operations inputs and outputs. During the exercises, students could also engage with some of issues that Info Operations Officers face in mission areas: establishing Information Operations Working Group, analysing Target Audiences, providing guidance for specific capabilities for the delivery of messages and developing talking points for the unit commander. 12 students graduated from the course: 6 from AF BiH and 6 international students from: Albania, Croatia, Macedonia, Serbia and Turkey. The course has been developed by PSOTC and 110th Information Operations Battalion from Maryland National Guard while delivery of the course also included instructors from EUFOR and U.S. Office for Defence Cooperation Sarajevo.
