Altogether there are 28 participants. Beside 24 students from AF BiH there are 4 internationals from United Kingdom, Serbia, Macedonia and Turkey who are current members of PSOTC Directing Staff department. The course will be delivered according to origin NATO School Oberammergau course M7-98 (Academic Instructor Course) by their Mobile and Education Training Team. This represents the second phase of the System Approach to Training Strategy which is a part of NATO accepted training doctrine. This activity is fully sponsored by the Allied Command for Transformation (ACT) as a part of support and development of Partnership Training Centres. The aim of the course is to enable each student to apply effective teaching methods and presentation techniques in delivering academic instruction. The course focuses are on two different methods of instruction most commonly used in NATO training establishments specifically a syndicate discussion method and a lecture method of instruction.
