1st Balkans (B9) Training Centres (BTEC) Commandants’ Conference at PSOTC

In the period from 4th to 5th March 2015, PSOTC is hosting “Balkans (B9) Training Centres (BTEC) Commandants’ Conference” the aim of which is to establish a formal framework for future cooperation within BTECs, through discussion and endorsement of the proposed Terms of Reference as well as to identify possible areas of closer cooperation among BTEC’s community in the future.

BTEC plays an essential role in supporting national as well as regional education and training efforts. The main goal of BTECs is to provide high quality education and training in line with international educational standards and to achieve enhanced interoperability for current and future operations as well as to avoid duplication of the efforts in the area of education and training. The Conference is attended by 14 centres from 8 nations participating in B9 forum (Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey, and Bosnia and Herzegovina).
