The Peace Support Operations Training Centre (PSOTC) of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina successfully hosted the NATO Operational Capabilities Concept Evaluation and Feedback (OCC E&F) Database Training Course from 6 to 9 July 2026.

Organized under the auspices of the Partnership Directorate of the NATO Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (NATO SHAPE PD), the course brought together 31 participants from the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina, alongside representatives from 13 NATO Allied and partner nations. The event once again underscored the importance of multinational cooperation, interoperability, and capacity building within the NATO partnership framework.

The training focused on the NATO OCC E&F Database Tool, a specialized digital platform supporting the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of military capability evaluations conducted in accordance with NATO standards. Through a combination of practical activities and expert instruction, participants enhanced their ability to effectively manage and maintain the database systems used during the assessment and certification of units participating in NATO-led activities and operations.

Beyond its technical objectives, the course provided an excellent opportunity for participants to exchange professional experiences, strengthen international networks, and develop a shared understanding of NATO evaluation methodologies and best practices in database management.

The successful delivery of the training further demonstrates the enduring partnership between PSOTC and the NATO SHAPE Partnership Directorate OCC Section, reflecting their continued commitment to advancing NATO education, training, evaluation, and interoperability initiatives.
