A
partnership of nations wished to establish a Training Centre to provide
professional military education for a new generation of soldiers in the
Armed Forces of Bosnia-Herzegovina that would encourage common bonds between
entities and strengthen the State Structure and in the same time make
Bosnia-Herzegovina capable of participating in all aspects of Peace Support
Operations through out the world after a successful completion of courses
offered at the Training Centre.
This
partnership recognises that for this project to be successful they must
be prepared for support the Training Centre a number of years (at least to 2010). But
in the longer term they will seek to the State of Bosnia and Herzegovina
to take responsibility for running and funding the Training Centre they
create.
