| It has now been almost two month since I had assumed the Commandant’s position and it is striking how such a small organization could be dynamic and capable of bringing the change. Even though there is a plan in place to hand over the Center to the BiH authorities in 2013, it would be pity if it loses its international and regional character by which it has been recognized in wider Euro-Atlantic security community.
