COURSE AIM:

To develop essential staff skills of junior officers bin order to prepare them for working and operating more effectively and coherently within NATO and multinational settings in Peace Support Operations (PSO), as well as within their national employments.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES :

Military English.
Basic NATO staff procedures, competencies and skills to include voice procedures, reports and returns, map marking, use of GPS.
Non operational staff work.
Leadership and Ethics.
Military and Media.
Defence Management.
Information technology.

PARTICIPANTS:

2nd Lieutenant—Major  (OF-1 up to OF-3).
25 AFBiH officers and 15 international officers (Total 40).

REMARKS:

Training and education provided by foreign and AFBiH instructors and lecturers.
