The guest was welcomed at the PSOTC  by the the PSOTC Commandant, Col Elvedin Omić, the Deputy Minister of Defence, Mr. Mijo Krešić and the TRADOC Commander, Col Slaven Blavicki. The Minister of Defence of the Republic of Croatia was accompanied by the Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia  to Bosnia and Herzegovina, H.E. Mr. Ivan Sabolić, the Defence Attache Col Davor Kiralj, the Head of Defence Policy Directorate, ms. Dunja Bujan Šujster, the Minister of Defence Adviser for Media Affairs, Ms. Ivana Franić and the Desk Officer for Bosnia and Herzegovina, LtC Marija Šikić.

The PSOTC Commandant, Col Omić presented PSOTC briefing to the Minister of Defence, Dr. Mario Banožić covering all aspects of the PSOTC work. The Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Croatia gave its contribution to establishment of the PSOTC and, later on, to the education process in the PSOTC. At the same time, the PSOTC established very fruitful mutual cooperation with different institutions within the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Croatia, especially with  the International Military Operations Centre “Josip Briški”.

As a part of the visit, the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Croatia, Dr. Mario Banožić addressed to the PSO Staff Officers Course – Euro-Atlantic Security Module participants covering the topic “Euro-Atlantic Integration of the Western Balkan”.
